Daraxonrasib Phase 1–2 Results Published in NEJM

The first clinical study of daraxonrasib in 168 patients with previously treated RAS-mutated pancreatic cancer reported a 35% objective response rate, median progression-free survival of 8.5 months, and median overall survival of 13.1 months in the second-line RAS G12 cohort receiving 300 mg. Dr. Wungki Park was a co-author.
