The FDA approved daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), the first RAS-targeted therapy for previously treated metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma. In the 500-patient RASolute 302 trial, oral daraxonrasib doubled median overall survival versus chemotherapy (13.2 vs. 6.7 months; HR 0.40), with median progression-free survival of 7.2 vs. 3.6 months (HR 0.49).

The first clinical study of daraxonrasib in 168 patients with previously treated RAS-mutated pancreatic cancer reported a 35% objective response rate, median progression-free survival of 8.5 months, and median overall survival of 13.1 months in the second-line RAS G12 cohort receiving 300 mg. Dr. Wungki Park was a co-author.
